"Most sites won't let me leave more than one review for the same company, which is unfortunate since this contractor did a number of BIG jobs we wanted done on our new home. They were an amazing find to be able to do my 200 amp service upgrade, furnace replacement, duct cleaning, and addition of central air - all at a very competitive rate, done promptly, and done on time. Add to that, meeting all city permit requirements certainly required above average professionals for a set of jobs this big done all on the same permit. The Lancaster Plumbing HVAC & Electrical teams that worked on my home were amazing. They worked great as cohesive teams and each one was willing to take the time to answer my questions along the way. They completed the work on schedule and made sure each time that everything was clean before they left. When the city found a couple of very minor items after the projects were done, they came back promptly to make it meet the inspector's wishes. The next visit by the inspector only took a couple minutes and was approved without comment. I'm extremely pleased at the quality of their work and how well they followed through even after collecting the final payment for the jobs. I'm happy to say Lancaster Plumbing HVAC & Electrical was a very wise choice for all of the work I needed done on my home."

"I had a representative visit my new home to do an estimate on a number of repairs/changes. Some of the estimates seemed pretty high to me, and I ruled out having that work done. The work that I ruled out was moving gas/water lines for a washer/dryer from first floor to basement. <br /> The work that was agreed on totalled about $1000. I set up an appointment a week in advance. I scheduled a day of vacation. <br /> The appointment was for 12:00 pm. At about 1:11 pm, the main office called to say that the plumber was having difficulty at the current job and it would take a few more hours to complete the work. The person attempted to find a workable solution, which we were not able to achieve since I was reluctant to waste another day of vacation for a possible no-show, then call late to let me know. <br /> I realize things happen, but I'm quite sure that they would have known well before 1:11 pm that they weren't going to make a 12:00 pm appointment. I could have salvaged 1/2 that vacation day had I known sooner. <br /> I am disappointed in their performance, but you know my disappointment might have been soothed had they admitted that they messed up and offered me a discount or something. They did waste my time and worse yet, my vacation time. <br /> I won't be using them again, and do not recommend them for their casual attitude toward the value of my time. <br /> <br /> UPDATE 6/5/13: I contacted Regal to give them another chance to complete the work. I called a day ahead of time and they were able to accommodate my request for next-day service. The service providers completed the requested work, explained the operation of new items and the work performed, advised on recommended maintenance, etc. I am upgrading their overall grade to B from the original C. I am also upgrading the price to A from the original C, since I got competitive quotes subsequent to my first experience with them that were substantially higher than their original quote. I have upgraded their Quality rating to B from N/A, and punctuality to A from F. I also upgrade their Professionalism rating to A from B. Overall, I am pleased with my experience with Regal, and I appreciate their willingness to complete the work on short notice. <br />"

Greg (Owner of Mechanical H2O LLC) came to our house and discussed various options for a new and improved heating system. He was very knowledgable on all heating systems, but we were interested in changing from oil to a cleaner, more efficient system. We were tired of the sky rocketing oil prices , and Greg recommended a new 92% high efficient propane gas boiler. <br /> After receiving several different quotes from other reputable plumbing companies, we chose Mechanical H2O LLC for our project. His quote was fair and thorough. Everything was documented that I could easily understand what was included in the proposal. Greg explained the cost difference and the benefits of each system. It was truly a professional experience. <br /> From the time Mechanical H2O LLC arrived at my house to the day they were finished was a pleasant experience. All timelines were met. I run a very tidy house, and not once did I have an issue with workers being unsanitary. At the end of the day, work areas were cleaned and tools and materials stored where they should be. The work that was completed was top rate. The workmanship completed was a true work of art.
