So, they had to take it back and get a smaller unit. It was a little inconvenient to add a couple hours to the whole process, but it was understandable with the given circumstances. Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.

"I had a tankless water heater installed. The 2 men that did the install answered my questions, were professional and performed quality work. Nice guys."

"Tim had to reschedule our Appt but they notified me 48 hours before the Appt and I was able to arrange for another day. Tim came and checked out the Unit and it had leaked all the coolant out and even though the unit was only a little over four years old there was a big problem with the condensing unit (Tim showed me the evidence of the repair that had been done by another company and was not successful in fixing the problem) He was professional he did not throw the other company under the bus but did explain in detail the function and the purpose of the attempted fix. He explained the options of an attempt to repair it again or replace the whole condensing unit. I bought the home only 3 months ago and this was not a happy moment. Tim checked to make sure there was still a warranty on the unit and luckily there was.... I agreed with Tim that a better option would be to put in a new unit which would be covered for two years. He discounted the labor 25% as a gesture in being inconvenienced for not making the first Appt. He set up a date to complete the work only 2 days from today."
