"The user disputes a $785 charge from Anthony Plumbing Heating and Cooling, including $400 for 1.1 pounds of Freon that was unnecessary. Anthony claimed separate Freon charges for two system ports, but the user’s Senville Minisplit system only requires one charge. After refusing additional diagnostic fees, the technicians left the system non-functional. A second company, AB May, confirmed the system was empty of Freon despite the prior payment. The user found and repaired a leak on port A, which Anthony never checked, and Senville confirmed the system had enough factory Freon for the installed line length. The user requests a refund for the unnecessary $400 Freon charge due to inadequate service and misdiagnosis."

"Zach and his 2 guys were thorough during the entire replacement of my ac and furnace. They worked quckly and cleaned up after they were finished. Zach was informative during the whole process & scope, pricing and install. Gave me good options to choose from both in terms of prices and brands. He left my furnace area in better shape then he found it. Same with the AC unit and he even did quite a bit of trimming around the AC unit. before hand. Would highly recommend Zach. He is thorough and does a great job!!"
