"Eleven years ago, I had a Bradford White electric hot water heater installed for one that was leaking through the bottom. Although I had to replace the elements several times, it never leaked. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. I checked with three big box stores, and although they were slightly less expensive, it was clear they would give their installers, whom I had no idea of, full responsibility. "I made an appointment for Thursday morning and the man arrived at 11 A.M. He completely inspected the ice maker and told me that the water valve that fills the ice maker has a leak. He told me what he needed to do to fix the problem and what parts were needed. He ordered the parts and told me that he made another appointment to install the new parts and finish the repairs."

"All Star did a great job on all aspects of the job. I was given my choice of colors for the roof and siding with samples to hold together to see the match. The roofers showed up early and stayed late to get as much done as possible the first day. They showed early the second day and stayed until all work was complete and clean-up was done. The roof is beautiful. The siding guys had it a little tougher due to weather but did the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. The siding is beautiful, and the fascia work is just great. It really looks like a new house. The 6 inch white gutters really set off the whole appearance of the house. The gutter guys added some extended downspouts for me that were not in the original estimate and that really helps get the water away from the house. The appearance of my house before was not too bad, but now it really looks like a new house. I really love the work done and professionalism of everyone involved."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"They installed the 2 interior doors and took care of a light switch that was sticking out from the wall to far and blocked the door from closing properly at no extra cost. My house was built in December of 1941 nothing about it is square. They over came all obstacle's in 3 and half hours all for $500 a fair price since I know how difficult my house can be sometimes. They had to make many modifications to the doors so they would line up and open and close properly. I highly recommend them."
