"I hired the wrong person initially to replace my polybutylene pipe. After over 2.5 months of continuing leaks I decided to have the work replaced. Glen from Ragsdale came over to give an estimate. He fixed where water was coming into the family room from the upstairs bathroom. He inspected the rest of the work done. The estimate from Ragsdale was significantly less than the other estimates I got including the repair he did that day. Glen and his assistant came and did the job in 8 hours. "Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "Exceptional service! Edin Was professional and friendly. He took extra care to ensure he wouldn't make a mess or damage anything inside my home. Edin was very efficient and showed up on time on a Saturday. I also felt that the price was below average for the service I received! "I have had Greenlee plumbing out to the house four times, 35-year-old house. Shower valve replacement. Water heater replacement. Water Line replacement. Shower/Tub to Shower conversion: drain relocation and new shower valve. Each time they were professional, personable and reliable. More importantly is how they provided service when there was a problem. The manufacturer of the water heater had bad gas valves. There was never a safety issue, just the inconvenience of no hot water. I had two bad values. Each time I called they came out the same day and replaced the valve, now that is service. I spoke with them about the problem with the manufacturer and they advised that they manufacture was overwhelmed and could not supply all the replacement valves needed. Greenlee's solution was to buy new water heaters and remove the valve to get their customers up and running. Now that is going the extra mile! I highly recommend Greenlee Plumbing Jeffrey Coe"
