"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"The boiler pressure relief valve was leaking, so it was determined that replacing the boiler expansion tank and pressure relief valve caused the temperature controller to malfunction, and the temperature controller was replaced as well. The water heater expansion tank was also replaced due to a leaking connection.. The total repairs expense is $775. The apoointmebt time was 9:00 am, they came in around 10:30."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. They were extremely effcient and and showed great professionalism and honesty. They made repairs in the system that they felt was needed to enhance my new system without charging me for the extra work. I'm sure that another installer would not have bothered to do that. They were very respectful of my Home and took great care to be clean and safe. I highly recommend this company."
