"My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. "Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."

"Above All Cleaning & Restoration was the ideal contractor to use for water damage to our home.  They are experts in working with your insurance company and even use the same software that the insurers use, to make for a smooth process in determining cost of repairs.  Richard, the main contractor who bids the project, was extremely professional and easy to work with.  He was knowledgeable and honest about what insurance would and would not cover and helped to get things covered that insurance wasn't going to pay for.  Justin and Heather were our day-to-day project managers.  They were extremely responsive to our phone calls and emails.  We had a very tight window at the end of repairs where they needed to schedule final items to be taken care of quickly.  They went out of their way to make sure everything was completed before we moved back into our home.  In general, Above All Cleaning & Restoration made a very stressful period in our lives much easier to handle.

"Remarkable response, especially on a weekend, beginning late Friday. By Saturday noon the worst of abatement was finished, including biohazard, and the 4 rooms were ready for health inspector, insurance adjuster, and asbestos abatement. All the guys were great and boss Larry Pearce even helped find repair companies; so far those have worked out very well. I am a grateful and loyal customer."
