"Outstanding service.  Technician arrived on time and performed diagnosis.  Although unit appeared to be working, it was not detected until later that the thermostat would not turn off the unit, so the new thermostat was not installed.  Technician and office personnel very helpful in coordinating return visit to install the new thermostat at no additional charge.

"The service Brandon provided was fantastic. I purchased a deal from Angie's List that allowed for 1 return vent, 1 main line, lower unit furnace cleaning and unlimited supply vents. The house has more main lines than I expected it to have so the cost not covered by the deal was a little more than I expected, but still a great deal and worth every dime! Brandon and his assistant arrived at 8:00 am on the dot as scheduled. Before even starting work Brandon walked me through everything that needed to be done and what was part of the AL deal and what wasn't. He showed clearly where he was giving discounts or providing service at no additional charge. They worked through the entire house and were very professional. We apparently had a serious clog in our drier vent that he cleaned out and showed me how to avoid that in the future. They cleaned up after themselves and left no real trace of having been there. Brandon has just had a granddaughter earlier that morning and had been up all night, but didn't even consider rescheduling (although I would have totally understood if he had called and asked). "By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. After diagnosing the source of the sprinkler line leak, and discovering there were a couple more leaks nearby, he kept me updated on the issues and his recommended repairs. The extensiveness of the leak was larger than I expected, but I really appreciated Chad's thorough review of the whole area to identify every leak while he had the area uncovered. I am extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, because you can pay for water leaks now (by repairing them) or you can pay for them later (while they are "leaking" money from your wallet).
