Diagnosis was done quickly and efficiently.  The problem was explained to me in terms that I could understand.  I was given several options to repair the problem with varying costs.  Once I selected the option that was most beneficial to me the work was completed in approximately 1.5 hours, giving me time to get to my later appointment that I thought I would probably miss.  Fast and efficient work was wonderful!  The tech was also professional and worked with me to save money on additional parts that turned out to be damaged but were not discovered until later in the process.  After installation the tech also showed me how to properly lubricate certain parts of the system 2x per year with a silicone spray.  The new door opener is so quiet, I think that my neighbors will be glad I opted for the total rebuild package.
