It took a while as I had dry rot that needed to be fixed before gutters could be installed which took a while, when I finely called James he said they could come on Friday talked to about adding a 10ft gutter and leaf cover also 2 downspouts Total was $1,800 great price and a great job. Cleaned up blew off the roof. A great job all around."

"The advertisement was misleading. Basically they charge per foot. It doesn't do a whole lot so I ended up doing the shed in the backyard. They didn't do the house gutter. He climbed over the house and walked all over my tiles. I hope they didn't damage them. They were on time. The work they did was fine. The advertisement wasn't clear. They were busy and they couldn't do it right away. It took them 2-3 weeks to schedule it. The guy came for inspection and measurement. It took 10 days to 2 weeks to do the work. They're organized. They communicated. They're not very timely in terms of scheduling the work. They gave a date by email. It made it easier to arrange for somebody to be home."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

DL Design Construction, with the advice and guidance of the owner Dmitriy and also his crew, were very helpful and also just did a superb job of turning our older home into a home that we are now very proud of and it looks like a new home instead. Their estimate was right on to what it ended up and although we had to have extras once the walls were uncovered, which we expected, it was still well worth what it cost.They were very courteous and professional at all times.
