Customers say: Quick response

"Trevor and John were very professional and did a great job installing a wall oven and Cook top, both of which required cabinet modifications. After they left I found a couple of minor issues I felt needed to be addressed. I contacted their office and John returned early the following day to take care of them. I was very pleased with his response and professional attitude. I would definitely use these people again."

"I give Brian a 5 on doing the job, and a 1 on responsiveness - so a 3 average rating. Brian is an excellent plumber, he has done several jobs for me and I would use him again. However, Brian is horrible on responding to texts, phone calls and emails. It is extremely hard to get a hold of him and, he hasn?t shown up for scheduled appointments with no notice or reason given. Very frustrating to communicate with him. But, if your lucky enough to get his attention - he does excellent work."

"David was fantastic to work with. He came highly recommended from someone I trust, and did not disappoint. He was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote, and even came out on a Sunday. He even came out the next morning to help with a small, unrelated leak because he was in the neighborhood. Everyone needs someone they can trust when something breaks around the house. With Slawinski, I feel like we have our plumbing covered."

"Joshua called before arriving right on time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and then some. The cost was reasonable and quoted up front. I will not hesitate to use Jennings for any upcoming projects. "

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Streetsboro, OH

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
