"They arrived approximately 5pm. Said they were going to install water heater, expansion tank for $95 additional and a plastic drip pan for $76 additional. I informed them that I checked with the city building commissioner and was told I did not need the drip pan in an unfinished basement with a floor drain within 2ft of unit. Service man says no drip pan no water heater. It’s too late to call the city as they closed and if I knew it was going to be a money grab I could have purchased a water heater and installed it my self rather than sit at home all day waiting for them to arrive. Also the inspection failed because they failed to install the proper shut off valve. I appealed to the business owner saying I was not told nor is there anywhere on their web site mentioning this. He said I put a drip pan on every installation whether customer wants or needs it or not or city codes don’t require it. Lowe’s has a similar pan for less than $10."

"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace. By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices. On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater. In other words, a typical WyattWorks job."
