"Not the Quality or Professionalism Promised I hired White Glove Painting expecting a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship based on their marketing and initial presentation. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations. Communication became inconsistent after the project began. There were delays and issues that were not clearly explained, and I often had to follow up myself for updates. For a company that promotes ?white glove? service, I expected better coordination and transparency. The quality of work did not meet the standard I was promised. There were areas that required touch-ups and corrections, and attention to detail was lacking in several places. When concerns were raised, the response did not feel proactive or solution-oriented. Pricing was also on the higher side compared to market alternatives, and based on the final result, I do not feel the value matched the cost. They also outsource your job James has no employees he uses subcontractors. "

"I hired Service Resource Co. following Hurricane Helene. My home had 2 feet of water throughout. Oscar explained the process of remediation, detailed the timeline and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. I think I was in shock at the time, never having experienced the damage a flood leaves. He was professional and compassionate, answered every question and listened patiently as I tried to put together my thoughts. His team arrived on time everyday, they were courteous and hard working and kept the site clean. I would certainly recommend Service Resource Co. and would use them again. "This group is terrible- they contract their work to unreliable people- guy that was assigned to our house took more smoke breaks than he worked. They were hired to paint the house and repair stucco- Dennis then Joe came out- 2 different quotes- then the guy they hired did the work per the Dennis quote but yet they were charging based on the 2nd quote- real con men. To make matters worse they send me collections for the unpaid portion of the bill-we paid more than the 1st invoice in full. I did not want them to come out again to make matters worse; they did an ok job but not worth what they charged. Stay away from this group --- unethical business practices."

"If necessary"\n\n4.  Do you pay your employees on the books and are they covered under your Workmens Compensation Policy?\n\n5.  Do your Subcontractors have the proper license for there trade?\n\n6.  Is your plumber a licensed Plumber?  Will he pull a sub permit under the main permit to complete the work?\n\n7.  Is your Electrician a licensed Electrician?  Will he pull a sub permit under the main permit to complete the work?\n\n\nIf they answer yes to all seven of these questions then it would be Apples to Apples.\n\nExposure to homeowner: \n\n1.  If someone is not covered under a workmens compensation policy and they are injured in your home you as the homeowner are 100% responsible for there injuries.\n\n2.  As a homeowner if you hire an unlicensed contractor to complete work at your home you will have no rights in court if you need to seek legal action against the unlicensed contractor.  \n\n3.  If the unlicensed contractor is caught working in your home the county will fine you double permit fees and demand you hire a licensed contractor to continue the work.\n\n4.  You will loose all deposits given to the unlicensed contractor.\n\n\nExposure to the unlicensed contractor:\n\n1.  If caught posing as a licensed contractor the unlicensed contractor will be arrested.  According to the Florida Statues this offense will result in a felony conviction.
