"I'd give Juan and True Blue Plumbing six stars or more if I could. Nobody ever wants to have to call a plumber because it means something has gone wrong, but I'm confident that when I call True Blue Plumbing, the job is going to be taken care of the right way. I've been using True Blue Plumbing for several years and I'm always very happy with the work they do. Juan and his team are quick, clean, friendly and honest. Juan doesn't overcharge and he'll tell you when something just needs a little adjustment rather than a full repair. He's always very transparent about what work he's doing, what parts he's using, etc. I'm totally confident whenever I call True Blue because I know that they're not going to try to take advantage of me. "Our Water Heater went out on a Saturday afternoon, the other plumbing services said they were not available until Monday. Sez was able to come out a few hours after our call and installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. We had hot water within an hour after they left. Very responsive and nice people to work with."
