"We contacted Charles for an estimate to replace the roof on our outdoor kitchen/pergola.  His estimate was in line with other estimates we received and we were quite impressed with the knowledge that Charles exhibited.  When we told him that we wanted our polycarbonite roof replaced he knew exactly what we were talking about. <br> <br>A week or two after the roof had been replaced, Charles emailed me asking if everything was okay with the roof.  We had not had any rain to speak of at that point so I told him the next time it rained we would double check.  Very refreshing to have someone check on their work. <br> <br>Well, the huge rains occurred here in Spring, Texas and there were a couple of leaks.  I contacted Charles and very quickly he responded and sent his crew out to make repairs.  This was at a time when all the flooding took place and I'm sure they were very busy but he took the time to make repairs on a project that he had already been paid for.  I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew's professionalism.  When we get ready to remodel the outdoor kitchen, Charles will be the first call I place! <br> <br>"

"The owner has tremendous vision of space and design, quickly assimilated my needs, suggestions, and ideas into a plan. We experienced some intermittent delays, but found all materials, selections, and colors available. When i made a change in colors on a couple different materials, Shane did not complain, but assigned his crew to follow up, to our satisfaction. The overall job extended past the initial proposed completion. I am convinced no one else could have done the work as well as he and his crew. He coached and guided through material selection, while allowing us to have great wide range of choices in texture, color, and design. I am indeed so pleased with the remodeled space that I invite people to come in to see it even if they've seen it before. We waited a long time to renovate, with outstanding results. "We contracted Unique Builders to renovate our kitchen in July 2020. Ronen K was our project manager. The job required a complete rebuild of the kitchen, removing posts, walls and installing new posts and beam. Ronen spent a considerable amount of time working with my wife and I on the design of the kitchen, providing us various options to maximize the space, the kind of materials we could use and recommendations on the appliances. The project lasted about nine weeks which was attributable to us changing the scope of the work to include other areas of the house which Unique had no problem including into the project. They ensured every detail was covered. When an issue came up, Ronen was there to resolve it quickly. The result was a beautiful better functioning kitchen with an open concept.
