"Estimator showed up on time and examined the issue, taking pictures of the problem to show me. Gave me two options, one was to just fix the main issue and the other was a longer term solution for the whole chimney cap flue system. I chose the later. Cost was about $2700. They removed the crown, removed the broken top flu tile and put in a new crown and tile as well as a "fake" tile around the metal exhaust pipe for the furnace/water heater and raised that pipe so that it won't be spewing excess moisture onto the new flue tile for the main chimney. Work was done on time. Workers seemed to know what they were doing and advised me along the way and took pictures so that I could see the finished product. They took care of our yard and deck and cleaned up after they were done."

"Owner Rick Campbell was involved and helpful throughout the whole process. If you have not replaced a roof in the last 10 years, the process has changed significantly with/without insurance companies. Due to possible hail/weather damage, Rick performed an initial inspection with pictures to document to share with my agent. After deciding to file a claim, Rick met with the insurance adjusters for their inspection and subsequent decision to replace. Rick's crew removed and replaced all shingles, repairing some roofing boards as necessary, and replaced all vents and gutters and installed gutter guards. They completed all work and clean up in two days. Rick recommended a price competitive shingle with a better rating and longer history. This shingle also qualified for an insurance discount due to its rating. Working with Rick was a pleasure and his regular presence on site was comforting and appreciated to address issues that come up with a project of this magnitude. "Everything went great. He called because he was available early and wanted to know if it would be ok to come earlier then planned. When he arrived, he introduced himself and verified the scope of work requested. He went straight to work. When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions. It was only $150 for the inspection and cleaning and I received my receipt with the pictures he had taken within minutes. He was quick, clean and very professional. "Mr. Robert Helm was out last August (2014) for an estimate and to meet with my insurance adjuster, but we had a baby in September and the repair job fell off our radar until this Spring (after I noticed a few more shingles blown off in our yard).
