Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
