"Needed to install new 8x16 steel double garage door as original had gotten damaged.  When they came to install, it turned out the color was not what I had intended but the installer was kind to offer to return it and order the right color.  It took exactly the two weeks he promised and he came out and did and excellent job. (the technician)  who came out to do the job.  They were professional, efficient, and neat and explained things when asked.  They installed new springs since the ones I had (which were only a year old) was not compatible with the new heavier door and as it turned out, they also had to install a new garage door opener as well.  (The old one was only 1/4 hp and could not handle the weight of the new door and started smoking!)  They offered me a break on the opener price since I had not planned on a garage door opener, but I thought it was a fair price.  They are an honest firm and I highly recommend them for any of your garage doors, openers, or repair.  Note that for when i ordered the door I contacted Seattle Overhead Garage doors. If you go online, they offer coupon specials through their website (see seattleoverheaddoors.com),  They subcontract the installation part out, so this is how I ended up with this installer.
