"Very courteous, friendly, and professional staff... highly service-oriented.  Did an excellent job replacing all windows, including outside finishing.  The owner worked hard to make special supplier arrangements in order to custom-match our interior color scheme.  Owner also did extra work in dealing with the materials vendor - who was not his usual supplier - when that vendor initially sent wrong-sized windows (supplier's error).  The installation crew did a good job of clean-up following actual installation.  Our only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure more timely follow-up; on several occasions, we had to initiate scheduling and/or status reporting from our end.  But that said, it's clear that customer service and excellent workmanship at fair pricing are top priorities for this company.

"Our installation process was excellent but our service process was not good. I ended up contacting the owners to complain about the process. We had to pay for the replacement of the whole door out of our pockets, which was very frustrating to me. There were two very different experiences; the sales and the installation went great but there was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee, which was not the case when we ran into the problems with the door. It took several times for them to come out to actually do the repair. There was a lot of miscommunication with the company"

"We hired Mitch to paint our house. We had a hard time finding someone to do it. I saw an ad on Facebook for McClovers cleaning with interior painting pictures of their work. I contacted them to see if they did exterior house painting. They are a family owned business and when we met to go over details I knew right away I wanted them to do the job. We had whether related issues to deal with so the job was put off til spring. Once Mitch was able to start he put his all into it! Very easy to work with and very eager to make the customer happy. I have seen pics off his other projects on their Facebook page and from what I’ve seen he’s a “Jack of all trades “ and does an amazing job! Will definitely call them again for projects!! "They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."
