Our first contact with them was with Eileen Romaniello, the wife and business manager of Ed Romaniell who actually performs the inspections. She was very friendly and patient and took her time to carefully walk us through the whole process. When we met Ed at the home inspection he proved to be extremely friendly, patient, and professional. As we followed him as he made his rounds he took extensive photos and gave us detailed explanations of everything that he found that may need future attention. He was up on the roof, checked the attic and basement, and carefully went through every room, nook and cranny of the house and garage checking all appliances, heating and cooling systems, electrical and plumbing systems and all structural items. When we received his report the next day we were astounded and pleased with how comprehensive it was. Ed provided extensive annotated photos with detailed explanations of every item item that might need future attention. Him and his wife were also kind enough to answer over the phone or in writing our many follow up questions concerning the inspection. We highly recommend using their service if you need a home inspection done in the area they cover. Two additional caveats: they also recommended to us a septic inspection service that proved to be just as affordable, friendly, comprehensive and knowledgeable as they were. We plan on using Ed to inspect our current home before putting it on the market so we can have advance warning of any items that may need our attention before selling."
