However they insisted that I pay $350 because evidently, the person who quoted me $350 is the owner. I was disappointed with how rude he was on the phone and didn't even want to hear me. If this review is still up, he hasn't called me. Its clear their pricing is not standard and based on what they can get in a situation. I would avoid."

"During a snowstorm, my wife noticed we had no hot water. I contacted Larry & Sons before the storm, and while I understood their priority to ensure driver safety, they informed me it might take a couple of days to reach my residence. This was reasonable given the circumstances. When the technician finally arrived, he quickly diagnosed a leak in our hot water tank and determined it needed replacement. He also mentioned that our water softener system was improperly installed by a previous technician and recommended replacing it. Additionally, I decided to replace the sump pump as part of the project. However, I was shocked when I was quoted over $13,000 for the job. Given the urgency of the situation—my family needed hot water—I reluctantly agreed to proceed. Unfortunately, I later realized that I was overcharged by approximately $5,000 for the project. To make matters worse, after the installation, the team left a mess on the street that they didn’t clean up. While I am relieved my family now has hot water and a new water softener system, I cannot justify the excessive cost or the unprofessional behavior. I would caution anyone considering Larry & Sons to think twice before doing business with them. In my experience, they took advantage of a dire situation, leaving me feeling overcharged and disappointed."
