He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. The night before work was scheduled to begin, I realized I had not asked what I should do to get ready for the guys to start work the next morning. "HOWEVER, he found a company in OH that could create a textured brick and then found a company in northern IN who came and hand stained every brick to match our existing brick.  If you didn't know our home had damage, you wouldn't be able to tell.  They did a beautiful job.  The reno took longer than I thought it would, but they had to find the brick and I know that was a chore. Plus to get on the schedule of the brick painters. Great workers and great job.  .
