"Awesome! HIGHLY recommend! Rick came to my home for an estimate. He arrived promptly and he gave me a lot of good information which helped me make a decision. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. There was an issue with one of the windows and it was resolved promptly and very satisfactorily. If you are considering window replacement, give Matt and Rick a call. Excellent service. "I called and asked questions and then set up an estimate. Garry came out and walked through the house and showed me their windows. We liked the quality of the windows and called them to come back and install 11 windows. They were dependable and honest. They came when they said they would. They installed my windows during the winter and were very careful about keeping the rest of our house warm. The installers answered all of my questions and were very friendly and informative. We will call them again when we are ready to put on new siding! We received 3 other estimates and Federal had the best quality and the best price!"

"I hired Wood Renovation to power wash and stain my deck as well as replace some rotted boards. They did a good job replacing the boards, but they also missed a rotted board, which was not replaced. They did a good job power washing and staining the floor of the deck, but they only used one coat of solid stain on the floor, which was not enough. The Sherwin Williams stain they used even says to use two coats. The ornamental caps that sit on top of the balusters were covered with old, chipping paint, and they did not sand them prior to staining. The owner, Steve, indicated that he normally doesn't include sanding in a bid, but he did come out and try to sand off some of the chipping paint. They also used a paint sprayer for the deck railings, which did not completely cover any of the railings and instead got on my landscaping. I had to have Steve come back out two different times to touch up every railing. Fortunately, he was very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, the quality of the work was not worth $996."

"We were given a couple of options. Work was performed as quoted as well as scheduled. This type of customer service seems rare these days. Good old fashioned talented hard working people. These folks at least deserve the opportunity to quote your project. If there were any regrets, it was that we didn't find them sooner. We are very pleased with our new screen enclosure."

"HOWEVER, he found a company in OH that could create a textured brick and then found a company in northern IN who came and hand stained every brick to match our existing brick.  If you didn't know our home had damage, you wouldn't be able to tell.  They did a beautiful job.  The reno took longer than I thought it would, but they had to find the brick and I know that was a chore. Plus to get on the schedule of the brick painters. Great workers and great job.  .

"Great! We needed our main bathroom project completed, carpet replaced with hardwood floors and a total kitchen overhaul. Everything looks AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about John and Ramone! Always listened to what I envisioned and offered suggestions when needed. They were always punctual, and overall a pleasure to work with. I'm looking at my kitchen as I type this and still trying to wrap my head around the fact that it's mine! We had a wall removed and they also built a closet for my washer and dryer plus storage. All in all, we are very happy. So much so, that I've recommended them to friends. I'm so glad I found Christian Home Renovators!!!"
