The men that gave me those estimates were rude and condescending and many tried to add random add-ons to the job that were entirely unrelated. I will never again call anyone but Raffi. He fixed our regulator valve and installed a new laundry room faucet. I already booked him to return to install another faucet in my kitchen. 10/10 recommend!!!"

"There was leak in my laundry wall..that seems to come and go. I can not figure out where it is coming from. . I called several plumbers to get their opinion and quote. Several plumbers came and gave their opinion and quote. All of them stated that they need to use leak detection methods because they don't know where the leak is, it will be an extra charge once I agree to hire them. All the plumber gave me a quote based on what I told them. they but did not really do anything before hand . Luckilly Andrew from Service Flow came and I told him the issue and he took his time to diagnose where the leak could be coming from, he even performed an initial moisture detection in thevwhole house and other techniques to find out where the leak is..he really took his time to diagnose the issue and found the issue without an initial charge. He gave me a very good quote. I hired Service Flow because of the care and concern that Andrew showed, great customer service and very affordable."

He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."
