"The yearly service agreement I have for inspection of my furnace and central air was a great investment. Jim a furnace tech arrived today on time per great communication with him and his office. The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Kettle moraine as over the years we have had them replace the furnace and also our central air. Every experience has been a pleasure and without one complaint. "

He arrived with another associate, and both men were very nice. I like the fact that they’re thoroughly explain everything and don’t try to pressure you into buying anything at the very end. He fully explained that in a few months I would be due for another filter, but that everything else was OK. He also explained what would happen if I did not change the filter which was helpful. I would highly recommend Cardinal if you are in need of heating or air conditioning repair or service."
