Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"Scott and Eddie arrived at the agreed upon time and were very professional. They quickly discussed with me to verify what all I wanted done and then went right to work removing some baseboard heaters that were installed in the condo I purchased. They were very reasonable, very polite and were very careful in the removal process. They also were kind enough to take care of a few minor items as well. Oh, and they were even patient enough to answer a few questions that I had since I'm such the curious type. :) Overall, I'd give them a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 obviously being great.
