"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They did a great job and checked all three of my units. Very thorough and reasonable on the extra units giving me a discount as I kept my units clean myself. It was so nice to work with a mom and pop company as they went the extra mile by doing things like checking and adjusting all the registers which no one has ever done. Some requiring a 10 foot ladder! I would definitely recommend them for any work as would imagine their cost of doing Busness is lower and fell they are the kind that will pass it on to customers. Most satisfying experience. Did have to replace the contact points and he took time to show me the points and how bad they were. Not a hard sell company."

"We had a service for our air conditioner. We had a concern that some loud noise (like a sound of a relay switching on and off). The service technician did not made an effort to solve the problem. We complained to the Control Manager John Tinger who was very attentive and collaborative and he send to our house 4 days later a field supervisor Kurt Howard. Kurt was very professional, friendly. He checked for all possible cause for the noise and did not found electrical problems. We accepted this result, which eliminated our worries. "Was very surprised when he was able to make out the same day. It was Very hot summer day I know he was tired and at about 8pm he still came to repair the compressor on my fridge not leaving till around 10:00pm. The price was reasonable and fair without the gouging. The Work was solid and I have had no issues since. Speaking with him during the visit I learned that he was a service tech for Sears for years before starting his own business and more than likely one of the techs Sears would have sent in my area. I appreciate Mr. Brown's service and would definitely recommend his services. Thank you for your service and taking the time to help us out so we wouldn’t lose the food in our fridge.
