Everyone I came in contact with for my flooring project, Travis - Design Consultant, Bernardo - Installation Manager, Louise - Installer were all equally super personable, professional, knowledgeable about their products and processes and was a delight to work with. The Design Consultant provided good information on particular laminates, which helped me decide on the best look for my home. Also, at the last moment I wanted to change my previous crown molding choice, the Installation Manager, with No hesitation, No hassle, No redirecting me to someone else, took care of it, ‘talk about great Customer Service’…Loved it!! Also Express Flooring moved/replace all furniture once the floors were in place….WooHoo!!! Lastly, Louise - the Installer, did outstanding job, his work is flawless!! I am so happy with my floors. It changed the entire look of my home. Thank You Express Flooring and all those whom I came in contact with!"

"Install vinyl planks. Base boards were not put back around some of the areas and looks bad. I did find one plank not completely down and can see the line and worry it will come up after time. Customer service was excellent. I thought the prices was high and I hear that alot about empire."

I can't say enough about the process from start to finish!within a couple of hours of requests on Angie I had 3 contacts 1 of which was Anthony who agreed to come out within 2 hours for an estimate even though I told him it was a small job (small kitchen floor replacement after some minor water damage)I might add we had been ghosted by the original contractor shortly after he removed old flooring & abatement process!Anthony arrived,we agreed on a price & he said his crew would be out the next day am.(I wasn't holding my breath)Sure enough Pino & Gabriel arrived shortly after 8am fully prepared to get to work,& boy did they work!They went above & beyond as unexspectadly some sub floor had to be replaced but they were undeterred & were able to replaced what was needed & they completed the floor repair,installed the flooring & trim as they stayed till 7pm! "ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!  After 12 years of abuse and neglect, the white half-inch grout between our floor tiles was so discolored and stained that I was sure we would have to demolish the entire tile floor and replace it.  I decided to try SirGrout before I went that extremely costly route and I'm so glad I did.  I cannot believe how awesome the floor now looks - it looks brand new!  SirGrout cleaned all of the tile and grout and then painted the grout white with an epoxy.  The epoxy is also a sealer so we won't have this problem again.  SirGrout is amazing and I highly recommend them.  They arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up when they were done, all at a reasonable price.  They honored the Angie's List coupon also, which made the price even better.  Thanks Angie.  Thanks SirGrout.I
