"We had a collapsed septic tank according to our home inspection. Bill Farley saw the urgency and had the tank replaced as soon as possible (a couple of weeks). He not only replaced the tank .. he repiped the inlets/outlets where the previous local company who serviced the tank had done it wrong. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
