"Why did I put this off for so long! It took a phone call to make the contact, one in home visit with Rob to talk about my flooring possibilities and look at floor samples from his mobile showroom. At same time, Rob measured each room in my home and from his mobile office provided me with a professional itemized printed contract to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my 3 bedroom home, including kitchen, dining and living rooms, 2 baths, laundry room, and closets. We went over the contract Item by item. I told Rob I would call him back the next day with my decision. Wanted a night to think it all through. Next day called with my positive answer and Rob returned to my home for my signature on contract and partial payment. We even settled on starting date for the job. The installers, Maheem and Julie, were the best. Old carpet and other debris were removed from my home as they worked. I did not have to clean up behind them and nothing was left in front of my home for garbage pickup."

"Greg Martin is an excellent contractor/manager. He, his employees and his subcontractors maintained a smoke free, cuss-free presence. The quality of his crew's work was well above average to exceptional. Greg is an excellent communicator and throughout the four week renovation located many items that while not part of the stated contract did meet the stated goals of an inclusive renovation and correction of all discovered faults. His advice was sound and he would include alternatives that met the goals I had described. This renovation was of a 1,394 SF ranch home built in 1970 that had a partial renovation in 2004. All drywall was smoothed and imperfections removed. Areas with paneling were removed and replaced with drywall. Ceilings were scraped as needed and all walls and ceilings were first sealed then repainted in three coats and ceiling "popcorn" was applied for a uniform finish. All HVAC grills were cleaned and replaced with new including two return air filtered vents and two passive pass-through vents. A 400 SF family room addition (not included in home SF above) was treated to perfected wall surface, priming and painting. Moldings throughout the home were darkly stained oak. All moldings were either replaced or sealed and painted, likewise all doorframes. Both common and master bathrooms had all fixtures removed and plumbing relocated as needed prior to reinstalling fixtures. Many fixtures were new as well as new lighting. Excellent appearance and useability after completion. Kitchen and dining area flooring had a number of layers of floor finishes. These were removed to a common height, leveled and smoothed with some subfloor replaced due to age. All cabinets were removed for renovation, walls repaired with some drywall replacement. Walls were smoothed primed and painted as throughout the home. New cabinets were installed as well as countertops that permitted installation of new appliances. There were significant issues with plumbing in the kitchen that were resolved by relocating supply and drains to a new location and reinstalling. The overall fit and finish of the home was vastly improved by Greg Martin and his workers with Easy Does It Home Improvement. I whole heartedly endorse this crew for any home improvement - large or small."

"I'm not easily impressed by most service companies, but I have to say that, Lakeside Construction has really exceeded my expectations!
Their inspector offered a free inspection of my roof and determined there was evidence of hail damage and suggested I contact my homeowners insurance, so they could send out an adjuster to verify. 
The adjusters findings were the same and I was approved for a new roof  which was scheduled within one week.
The workers arrived about 6:30 am and worked until dark removing the entire roof and replacing within one day including clean-up. 
The materials and the workmanship was far superior to what was on my roof before. Originally there were the basic three tab 20 year shingles. They replaced with 30 year architectural shingles, replaced the old flashing and even installed flashing where the last company did not install like under the eves.
I've met the owner and several employees and I would like to say thank you for the quality work and being honest with me.
