"Alamo Garage Doors went above and beyond when replacing my outdated garage door. They helped me choose a design that matched my house and handled the installation perfectly. The new door runs quietly and looks fantastic. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the area spotless. Excellent all-around service."

"They called and texted right away to clarify the project and our needs. They were quick and upfront on costs and still able to get us in ASAP, as we couldn't open our garage after coming home from a trip. Originally we were just going to replace the spring (and their price was very reasonable), but we decided to go ahead and replace the entire unit and opener because it was 20 years old and noisy. They were happy to fix the spring alone, but we asked for the full door replacement. They were still able to get us in the same timeframe. We contacted them Monday morning and by Tuesday night had a new, better door installed! We also appreciated that this is a small company, so we dealt directly with the owner and his wife. He removed the old one and installed the door himself with a helper in just a few hours."

"This is the only garage door company I will sub doors out to. Personal service and great prices."

"Jason was easy to get in touch with. If he didn't answer he called back within minutes. The new door looks great and was installed within a couple of hours. The new opener was installed a few days later and done in a timely manner. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him for any garage door or opener needs."

"Great experience. I am very happy with my new garage door and opener."

"Professionally installed garage door, clean and all old items removed. Communicated well on bid, parts order, scheduling, and installation. Really happy with the looks and operation of the door. Price was best of other bids. I highly recommend this company!!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
