"The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"Landon and his crew were very professional in their work and their business dealings.  They were always punctual and stuck to their appointments.  Always easy to reach by phone.
We had fluorescent lights in the kitchen that did not give the amount of light we needed.  The lights were in a soffit that had white plastic grated pieces below them.  Landon replaced them with cannister led lights and put drywall in the place of the white plastic.  He had to extend the drywall over the kitchen island to install lights there as well.  We ended up with 11 canister led lights around the kitchen work area.  He also replaced a florescent light in the middle of the kitchen with a very nice dual bulb light.  Even though the sanding of the plaster on the drywall created a mess, Landon kept it to a minimum by having a sander with a tube going into a vacuum cleaner as he sanded.  The over all job took less than a week to complete.  This allowed the plaster to dry and sand and dry and sand again.  He also had to get crown molding put up and then put quarter round along the top of the cabinets.    My wife and I are thrilled with the work!  We would have him back again in a heartbeat.  In fact he is scheduled to do other jobs for us in the spring.

"Service guy came as scheduled. Sent his "service" requirements to home base Home base calls back and lists, a very long list of what needs to be done and a very long list of what is not covered and what each item costs. The overall cost was outrageous and they weren't willing to give it to me in writing. Everything I had to pay for was overpriced, of course! They told me my other option would be to purchase my own water heater and they would reimburse me for what there water heater would cost, but no reimbursement for Labor, building permit, or any upgrades required by the local building department. The requirements of the building department were minimal. I went to Home Depot and had them do the installation and saved many hundreds of dollars. Lesson learned, have AHS do simpler repairs that don't require municipal building department approval. Have AHS pay for the equipment, and purchase installation from a trusted local installer."

"I contacted Don about getting a quote on doing the shingling off my roof as there had been wind damage. Donald was the most professional of all the contractors that I had requested quotes from. Because of his pricing and also professionalism  my wife and I decided to go Eastern Contracting (Donald Bragg). Donald showed up on the date and time that he gave me for the start date the crew that he had with him were pleasant and very hard working. Donald recommended the shingle color to match our house and was dead on the Shingle color makes our house look great. He used top of the line materials on the roof and I must say he did the work as if he was doing his own house. You do not get many people today who treat your place like their own. The crew was there early and did not stop until it was dark. As great of a job that they did the clean up was just as impressive.
