"A very professional, knowledgeable and personable Service Advisor arrived at the prearranged time. He called about an hour before to let us know that he was on schedule. He presented the findings, almost exactly how the Maintenance Technician explained them, and went into more depth about the ramifications of the issues found. After initially discussing the issues, he performed a test of the system, which confirmed the findings. I was present during both the Maintenance visit and this visit and both walked me through the issues in understandable, professional detail. He then presented what could be done...starting with repairs. After reviewing the repairs and costs, we then moved on to replacement costs. We are absolutely impressed with this Service Advisor and continue (for the last 20 years) to be impressed by this Company."

Review of situation was expedited and two options to resolve (repair or replace) provided with costs for my choice. Chose replace and existing toilet was carefully removed with no mess or damage to bathroom or home. Tech was on time, highly professional and very thorough in furnace cleaning/service work. Answered all our questions, cleaned up all residue and provided us with a receipt for charges via email.
