I called and the person that answered said it would be $98 to check it (which, considering it was a Saturday was a fair price) and the repair person would be here in an hour. About an hour later, Tim Thomas (plumbing repairman) called as a courtesy and said he was still working on another customer, but would be leaving for my house in about 20 minutes, Within 30 minutes he arrived. He assessed the situation and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. (Burned out copper wire.) And had my hot water heater back in service. <br />"
