"First class and 5 star service from their Office manager Beth to their technician Derrick Goad. Technician Derrick was Professional and very knowledgeable of my furnace that he was working on. Derrick double checked everything and update me on his progress before replacing any parts. I have had other HVAC system providers over the years who just replace parts to try and repair but ended up replacing more parts that was not needed to resolve issue. That was not the case with Derrick. Thank you Derrick and Miller Heat and Air. If I ever need any HVAC work again Miller would be first call Please let me know if you do not see this review in a couple of days and I will re-post"

With in an hour Paul from A1 Mechanical services called me and we schedule service for Monday to look at my air conditioning unit. Justin from A1 Mechanical services came out on time and looked at my unit. He had me up and running within an hour of being onsite. Justin was professional and was honest about what was wrong with my unit. Justin only had to replace one part and did not try to bs me on other parts that I needed to repair unit. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
