"We have used other companies for services but when it came to replacing both A/C units we went with Ragsdale and we are very pleased. They are polite and professional. Highly recommend them for your home or business."

"Wonderful! Terry and Justin were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were quick and efficient at installing the new hot water heater so we could have hot water in the house. The cost of the project was very reasonable! Thank you Larry and Terry!!"

"My water heater died, and I needed a new one installed ASAP. I was contacted within 15 minutes of placing my request for service, and they were on site within 2.5 hrs. Given the circumstances I was very pleased with their responsiveness and their work."

"Nick and his team and Plumb Poppin went above and beyond in handling my water heater install. Everything from the value to the communication was painless and simple. Truly a great service cannot recommend them enough."

"This guy is helpful and dependable. Again he came through for me. He installed a toilet for me, he removed the old toilet and didn't and I repeat he didn't leave a mess. He even asked if there was anything else I needed done. And gave me some advice about my hot water heater. Thanks Lee."

"This company was very efficient in solving my issues with my 2-zone AC system not cooling properly. They also removed and replaced my 13 y/o Hot water heater with a super efficient new one that I can control via an app on my smartphone (econet). Their pricing compared to two other competitive quotes was MUCH better than other local companies I've used in the past and their explanation of what was needed to be done was crystal clear. I will continue to use Cochran Cooling and Heating for many years to come."

"They are replacing my water heater."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
