"Over Labor Day weekend in 2016, my significant other and I enjoyed a long weekend in South Georgia. We are both young professionals leasing a townhome in Alpharetta waiting for the right time to purchase our starter home. During that weekend, and unbeknownst to us, the water pump of the refrigerator broke causing the entire first floor of our 1600 sq. foot townhome to flood approximately six inches, and also flooded our neighbor's townhome. When we returned home to a buckled first floor, and a wailing calico cat we could help but to panic. Thankfully, I knew Mr. Darryl Defendorf through networking and called his cell phone at around 6-7 p.m. on Labor Day. Not only did Darryl answer my phone call, but he had contacted his crew, and were at my townhome within an hour. Their response time was even faster than the landlords. You can imagine the landlord's stress diminish with the knowledge that we had already contacted someone that could help us. Darryl helped us get through a very unpleasant experience by being quickly responsive, kind, professional, and empathetic. I know that he helps hundred of people in the same situation. And despite that, he still was sympathetic, attentive, and had a reliable work crew. Our townhome first floor was repaired with everything being replaced (kitchen cabinets, floors, insulation, dry wall - you name it) after one month. I would not wish this experience on anyone. But, it if happens to you - Call HAVOC HEROES!"

"I d give 1st Rate Construction and Environmental Services a 6 star rating if it allowed me to do so! I discovered a major mold issue in my crawlspace. After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. The other reviews are spot on, not some paid-for reviews. He earned his 5 stars. I cannot day enough good things about him. I definitely recommend him without hesitation!"

"Working with them was quick and easy. Their quotes were given on the same day that they came out and it was lower than the previous company. Customer service and attention to detail was great."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"Truly AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I called this company at about 9 PM after contemplating how expensive it was going to be to fix a potential mold problem! I had no problem getting in contact with someone immediately and a crew was sent out to me next day! Joe and Ayden were extremely professional, thoroughly and highly knowledgeable. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and they were very patient and truly kind. I can also say this is a very HONEST COMPANY which is worth its weight in gold! I didn’t end up needing treatment and was able to manage on my own with guidance. I was even given guidance on how to prevent further/future issues from arising.I sincerely appreciate honesty and fairness being placed over making a quick buck. I would highly recommend to anyone!"
