"Hunter arrived and was very helpful in detailing the possible scenarios that might occur (from best to worst case) with repairing the pipe. While it did end up being worst case, his team was able to take care of it quickly and made it look good as new. Hunter even offered an easy near-fix to the main shutoff valve (a leaking old gate valve) without having to replace it, but we decided to move ahead with installing a ball valve anyway. He quickly replaced the valve and a portion of the neighboring pipe. Definitely will hire again for future work."

"I just wanted to leave a quick review. I appreciate Russ with Integrity Plumbing so much. I did not know who to call when my garbage disposal just died with raw chicken I had just stuffed in it. I put in a request in for estimate on Angis app not sure what to expect. Within hours I was on the phone with Russ. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.</p> <p>The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas!
