"I selected having my new HVAC (heatpump) system installed by Ragsdale based on the qualified sales consultation, the use of Carrier products made in the USA, and Ragsdale being a local certified family run business. My new unit was installed this morning by two technicians who worked efficiently and who kept me in the loop about the new equipment, thermostat, warranty, and FAQs. They were polite, neat & tidy. Well recommended."

"The electrician gave me an option - either he could do a diagnosis or replace the unit. Since I had forgotten how long that fan had been installed, I opted for the replacement. It took him just a few minutes to replace the fan and thermostat - great service but a little pricey I thought (without doing any comparisons). Fan operates smoothly now."

"Very good experience. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything. They were a bit pricey but I had a small leak in pvc pipe from hot water heater that happened on Saturday around 6:30 or so. Because I did not want to take a chance on allowing it to continue until Monday had to pay extra fee for Saturday night service. They were the only company I contacted willing to have someone come out Saturday night. Others would not send a tech. Thanks for taking care of this for me."

"My water heater was a RHEEM, and my technician cplained that he really hadn't had much experience with this brand, especially with the type of gas valve control/thermostat. This was especially frustrating for the part that came from RHEEM that was installed did NOT resolve the problem."
