They were quick and upfront on costs and still able to get us in ASAP, as we couldn't open our garage after coming home from a trip. Originally we were just going to replace the spring (and their price was very reasonable), but we decided to go ahead and replace the entire unit and opener because it was 20 years old and noisy. They were happy to fix the spring alone, but we asked for the full door replacement. They were still able to get us in the same timeframe. We contacted them Monday morning and by Tuesday night had a new, better door installed! We also appreciated that this is a small company, so we dealt directly with the owner and his wife. He removed the old one and installed the door himself with a helper in just a few hours."
