"Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!"

"I wish I could give 6 stars! A+++ 1) They stayed in communication from initial request to final completion. 2) They were CLEAN! The first thing they did every day was put down tarps on the path they were walking through the house. They even put up plastic to protect the light fixture on the wall in the bathroom! When they were done on the final day, not a spot of construction dust to be seen anywhere. 3) Fast turnaround. My father-in-law needed a walk-in shower with safety bars after his time in the hospital. They completed it on the day they said it would be done, even with the unexpected power outage in our neighborhood that lasted hours. Since this was during the stage of breaking out the existing concrete, they had to work longer and harder with those battery tools. But they did it without hesitation. 4) The final project looks exactly as was shown on the tablet during the initial discussion about the work request."

"Elegant Bath and Remodel did such a great job on both the master and guest bathrooms of our family's condo. The whole process was smooth, and the team was super easy to work with—responsive, professional, and really detail-oriented. This was particularly important as the condo is in AZ and most of us are in CA and float in and out. The master bath feels like a spa now, and even the guest bath got a major upgrade. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to update your space!"

"I expected a price adjustment due to the drastic change is scope of work and was surprised to be billed $900...well over 50% of the original agreed upon amount. I would have rather paid the original amount and had the original work done to get the guarantee of fix, but was told the caulking was all that was needed to fix the problem. I agreed to pay $600 to make the whole thing go away, which is far, far too much money for the work that was done. Now, It's been 3 weeks since the work has been done. Got a good rainstorm today...and the windows still leak. No guarantee, paid a ton of money, and right back where I started originally. I guess I learned a very, very expensive lesson."

"Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel."

"These two brothers, Jim and Joe Griffin, and their crew were always professional, their work was thorough and meticulous, they were pleasant to work with, and sensitive to the remodeling process and all of the associated issues and pressures. As with any extensive remodeling project there were unexpected / unforeseen issues. All of these issues were examined, explained, and options provided and were covered by our contingency funds. There were also several recommendations for improvements that were explored, accepted, and the budget was modified accordingly. We highly recommend New England Upgrades for their integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work with us to bring our vision and design into reality. "We LOVE our new master bathroom - and all the other upgrades we got done by Interior Remodeling by Simmons. We found them on Angie’s List and, after meeting with Dave Simmons, we sought no other quotes as we were very impressed with his design ideas and knowledge and, frankly, his low-key, professional manner. He provided a detailed written proposal and a reasonable payment schedule that kept things on track. Our 30-year old adobe home had a huge tiled sunken tub in the Master ensuite that we never used in the 7 years we’ve been here and the separate tiled enclosed shower was dark and outdated. We now have a beautiful, bright, elegant open bathroom with all new tile flooring, a open-ended tile and glass shower with bench, stand-alone soaker tub, gorgeous double vanity with matching custom framed mirror and separate storage cabinet in a style keeping with our adobe walls, new quartz counter, all new fixtures and great new recessed lighting and chandelier, and new double-paned glass in three windows. They also retiled the surrounds of a double-faced fireplace between the Master bedroom and ensuite - done so neatly and skilfully - and then were meticulous in matching paint for the walks affected. The work was done largely by Clint Simmons and his colleague, Fudi, who were extremely proficient in all the work done and a pleasure to work with, arriving on time and leaving our home each day in an orderly, clean state. In addition, we had them replace the old cultured marble counter in a guest bath with granite and install new taps and custom framed mirror - beautiful upgrade. They replaced our old kitchen tap and their electrician replaced chandeliers in our kitchen and dining room and the ceiling fan in our Master - love the updated look! We selected all the needed plumbing and lighting fixtures and Dave obtained them at a very reasonable price. He never tried to upsell us - instead gave us great advice on where to find what we needed at reasonable cost. His suppliers and subtrades were great. The project was delayed a bit mid-job, awaiting the arrival of our soaker tub but that wasn’t Dave’s fault. We had to change our tub choice and the new one took longer than expected to ship from the East, holding up placement of the new drain and filling in the old “sunken tib hole”. But it was well worth the wait. Whole remodel is beautiful! Clint also repaired a crack in the Saltillo tile floor in our dining room in a manner that will keep the crack from expanding but also avoided what would have been a very messy and, I suspect, very noticeable replacement job of a few tiles in the midst of a large floor. Very pleased with their wise advice and very neat, detailed work throughout. Honest, skilled, creative, professional and all nice guys who were great to work with. We were extremely pleased with Dave, Clint, Fudi and their subtrades and suppliers. We would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend this company to others."
