"Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I cannot recommend Advanced Restoration Solutions highly enough for their outstanding water damage restoration service. From the moment I contacted them, they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. When our basement flooded late one night, their team responded promptly to our call, arriving on site within an hour. They were professional, courteous, and empathetic, taking the time to explain their process clearly and answering all our questions. Their expertise was evident as they swiftly assessed the damage and got to work immediately, using high-tech equipment to extract the water and dry the area thoroughly. The crew meticulously cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, ensuring no trace of mold or mildew. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to restoring our basement to its pre-damage condition. They even liaised with our insurance company, making the claims process much easier. Their services were not only efficient but also fairly priced. The team at ARS turned a potential disaster into a manageable situation, providing peace of mind with their top-notch service. If you ever find yourself in need of water damage restoration services, look no further than Advanced Restoration Solutions!"

"Very professional service and fair price. The technician Alex is a very nice and professional person, he explained everything to me and also complied with the safety and sanitize measures to work at my place."

"Restoration 1 of Washington DC provided excellent customer service! The owner was helpful in explaining my options. I highly recommend this business!"

"Jon from MoldGone easily saved me more than a thousand dollars by providing an expert opinion on proposed mold remediation by another company. His response was very timely, and he actually turned down the opportunity to undertake work, saying that the situation did not warrant remediation by his company. It was very refreshing to have someone advise that their services were actually NOT required in this instance. Should I every have any future questions regarding mold remediation, Jon will definitely be my first call."

"Norman provided expert and honest advice about a basement flooding issue. He came to inspect the property promptly and showed me patiently how to resolve the problem myself, without charging any fees. Other companies would recommend numerous unnecessary repairs just to extract money from insurance. I will definitely hire him if I have flooding again in the future!"

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "I have near-gut renovated two row houses in NW DC over three years including ambitious basement renovations and I wish I had met Chris Marshall at the beginning of the process with House #1 instead of in the middle of the process with House #2 because he was by far the most professional and responsive of any of the nearly two dozen contractors I probably interviewed in some shape or form over 2 years. His quotes were timely and the most detailed, and when I did the math it was actually cheaper to use Chris than to use contractors with much lower quotes because I invariably had to go back and rehire someone new to fix problems left by the cheap guy. The North Star's workmanship can't be better, the crews were professional and tidy, and the prices were actually right in the middle where they ought to be. (I was trying to go super cheap at first). I think the before/after pics for House #2 speak for themselves. I'm hoping to pull equity from this home to purchase House #3 in 2019 and I'm already envisioning using Chris for that project too. Professional, reliable, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, good value for the money. I'm sorry I didn't meet him sooner."
