"We had an accidental sink overflow allowing water to stand in the master bath, hall way, dining room and kitchen. It affected our new semicustom cabinets, wall board and hardwood flooring. Water was down about 2 hours. We immediately vacuumed the water and called Master restorations. We contacted the operations manager John Hoyt who informed us most of his team was in Ft Meyers dealing with aftermath of hurricane Ian but they were still committed to taking care of their local clients. We are in Madeira Beach. He sent Isaiah immediately from Ft Meyers and Isaiah was at our place within 4 hours. Isaiah removed baseboards, drilled appropriate holes in wallboards, and did a thorough assessment. He was extremely considerate and informative. Obviously we were stressed as we have just remodeled in the last 12 months. Isaiah advised us of the damage and told us he would do all he could to salvage floors and cabinets. Isaiah and his team mate Jordan returned several times to reassess damage and progress. Unfortunately the floors will need to be replaced but cabinets appear ok. Our home is now dry. We wish to express our thanks to Isaiah and Jordan for their professionalism and timely work. They were always here when they said they would be. We are grateful for the quick action by Mr. Hoyt as we know they are working very long and hard hours dealing with the hurricane victims, they still quickly assisted us with our problem.
