"I was stood up by another plumbing company with $1300.00 worth of equipment ready for install . I contacted Home Advisor, and received a call from Doug Anderson, Plumbing and Heating (781 228- 1561) within 15 minutes. He came over later on that evening to evaluate my dilemma. Great service! We scheduled an appointment for the work to begin, to rectify my issue's, within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him. Working with this company was a great experience. They gave me an estimate without any hassle and performed the work as expected and at the estimated amount. Doug Anderson answered my questions thoroughly and professionally. "Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. I'm so sorry I just realized I didn't hit submit on this review. It was several months ago, but I still wanted to finish this because they were so wonderful."

"Eric L. from Sila arrived excatly on time at 8AM as promised. He provided me with a number of options, and I decided to have a new hot water tank installed (the old one was showing rusty water). He was able to have the replacement tank installed and working within a couple of hours."

"On a routine inspection Milltown found that I had water coming into my breaker box from outside the house. They gave me several options and I decided to upgrade my box in addition to sealing the area from further water damage. They were very professional and the project looks tidy. They addressed extra issues they found during the upgrade and straightened out all the wires. I would use them for future projects."
