"Ron, the owner/operator of Patriot Pool Service, is the most responsive service provider with whom I have ever worked. He never fails to answer and/or return my calls and has made himself readily available to assist with emergency issues with my pool equipment regardless of the day or time. His pool service is so much more than just a cleaning and chemical service. He is factory trained and attends in person courses to remain up to date on the latest pool/pump repair techniques. Ron has saved me a significant amount of money because of his in-depth knowledge of pool equipment by doing simple, inexpensive repairs or in some case, just an adjustment, to fix the problem. They are by far, the best company in every category and then some.
Not only does our water look crystal clear each and every month, but they really care and take pride in their work.  Before, it was always a different person and I would discover something not quite right with pump, or pump basket or maybe the Polaris sweeper was broken and nothing was said or done.
NOW, with 1st Rate, the same person comes out ON TIME week after week (even on holidays or the day before) and if something is not working or needs tweaking , they inform me and take care of it immediately.  Once we had a minor leak from an old rubber seal and they took care of it on the spot at no charge.
I don't always take the time to write reviews unless I have had an exceptional experience with a company/business!
If you're looking for a pool cleaning company then look no further!
