I had a bathroom exhaust fan installed which required cutting holes in the drywall/ceiling and drilling holes through the concrete wall to vent the exhaust fan. He provided excellent and professional service and consultation. There were many instances where he could have charge me a lot more but he honestly informed me if it was required or could wait. I would DEFINITELY hire him again and HIGHLY recommend his services."

"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. And the two gentlemen that came diagnosed the problem immediately! My thermostat wasn't working. The men changed it out, and shortly after that, my AC was blasting. I cannot thank JBC ENOUGH!"

Homeowners should consider several factors before investing in a geothermal system. If the upfront costs are in your budget and you plan to stay in your home long-term, you’ll likely get a better return on investment. Geothermal installation takes one to six weeks, depending on the system type, site conditions, and installation complexity.
