"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more.
