Very pleased with the purchase and experience.  The consultant for Closet Factory, Kim Klemme, came to hour home and spent several hours measuring our closets, evaluating our storage needs and providing storage options.  So to not waist anybody's time unnecessarily she provided an approximate cost upfront for custom closet storage.  Once it was decided that the approximate cost was within our budget she spent additional time making a detailed scale drawing of the closets as well as building a 3D computer model of the closet storage so we could fully understand what it would look like.  

This is 100% custom storage and NOT storage bought at the Big Box Store and put together as a DIY project.  Closet Factory had a large selection of materials and options from which to choose.

Due to the fact this is custom made storage there was a delay of approximately 4-weeks from the time the order was placed before the storage was installed.  The installation, while scheduled for 2-days, took only one day to complete with two guys doing the installation.  Both installers were very professional and took time to make sure everything fit properly and looked good before they left.  They cleaned-up after themselves and made sure I was able to inspect the installation before they left.

We are very happy with the new closet storage and now have more storage than we ever did before.  We will use Closet Factory again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

The craftsmanship is impeccable. He arrived on time to install the bookcase and left the room spotless.
