"Had a great experience with 1-800-Plumber + Air of Cypress. The technician showed up on time, was friendly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They got my AC working again without any hassle, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It?s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but these guys delivered. I?d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work."

"Pretty good experience. They installed the thermostats quickly and took care of seasonal scheduled maintenance at the same time. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and at a reasonable price."

"I called Fresh Tech AC on a holiday in the middle of the summer as my AC quit working. They came out, found the problem. Unfortunately I needed a new AC. They replaced it within a few days and re-positioned the system in my attic. My old system was approximately 20 yrs. old. The technicians are very professional and polite. My AC system is over two years old now and I have had no problems. If I have a question, they will come out or answer my question immediately. I highly recommend this company."

"Weâ ve used Nickâ s. Plumbing for years. We moved recently and needed to replace the HVAC system. They started at 8am on Saturday and stayed until everything was installed at 11pm. There was a large firmware download that was required and there was still an estimated 2 hours left before the download was complete. They were willing to stay but I sent them home. The download finished but there was a problem preventing the unit from starting. Even though they do not normally work on Sunday Leonard came to our house and fixed the problem. He could have waited until Monday but we would have had a hot Sunday. Thatâ s customer service."

"Awesome! I had two other companies come out and tell me everything needed to be replaced ($1900 and $2900 estimates were given along with days of work). Tommy came out and said everything could be repaired for $800! He sent me the written estimate and everything was done accordingly! It looks brand new and it only took about 6-7 hours. I highly recommend Tommy and his son!"

"I highly recommend this company!! They replaced my air conditioner and cleaned my air ducts. I couldn't be happier with the results! Jeff Lucas and his boss made sure I knew all of my options and stayed within budget. The team that came out for both services were thorough and made sure we were satisfied before they left. A great company!!"

"Mike was professional, responsive and fair from the beginning. He came out to give us a quote on replacing our old system and gave us a great quote. The work was done right away and everything is perfect. Iâ m so happy we found a dependable a/c company to look after us. I 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"Blake did an excellent and thorough job. We had a leak that he diagnosed and fixed which ended up being a roof issue. He repaired some exterior window framing and also installed new tile floors. He is very detail oriented and his work is impeccable. I have already referred him to neighbors and will definitely use him again."

"Willie did an outstanding job removing and replacing an old Window unit. Great clean up and hauled the old one away. Will use him on additional projects coming up soon. A+"

"I appreciate this thoughtfulness on your part. I feel really great about having a company that cares about their customers. I was so pleased with the installation of my new air conditioning unit and with the thorough inspection done on my old furnace. Once again thank you so much for everything."
