"We called in October of 2022, to have a window replaced. They told us it would take a couple of weeks. It is now March of 2023. They just now ordered the window and would not tell us why they waited so long. We still have a shattered window and they are not returning our calls. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! This will go to the BBB next."
