"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"We hired Arce Remodeling through Angi to demo and replace our dropped ceiling in the kitchen. It was an antiquated rectangle in our kitchen with plexiglass panels bent upward with fan in the middle. Arce professionals made numerous suggestions that we agreed to implement. In particular they recommended a herring bone design in the top which came out specular. They also installed four can lights as recommended and they provide plenty of light along with a second option of amber low light feature. Additionally they installed a new ceiling fan. The amber low light of the can lights along with the new ceiling fan is beautiful. Painters then came in the applied two different coats the project. The result was beyond our exceptions. All of the workers were professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Jesse the president stayed in contact with us throughout the entire project. All work was done within the quoted price and payment was available through a web portal. We highly recommend them and would definitely use again."

"We hired 5 Star to remove the old flooring, install new tile, kitchen cabinets, remove wallpaper, and paint inside. The tile contractor ordered too little tile for the job TWICE, leaving us waiting nearly a month for the floors to be done. There are also uneven tiles everywhere, missing grout, and at least one hollow tile. The painters did remove all the wallpaper, but did a terrible job matching the wall texture. It is blatantly obvious where they re-textured and looks really bad. They put such a thin coat of paint on the walls that if you barely brush it, you take off the paint. The price we paid was not any less than other quotes we received so we were disappointed in the quality of work. We would not hire them again."

"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"The whole team was professional and highly skilled in their craft. With each project there was fast and polite communication, each team member was knowledgeable in their trade, and were great to work with. They always entered the home with respect and professionalism and were prompt. They cleaned the workspace very well at the end of each day and took great care in their work. I hired them to build an office with French doors and do a full renovation on my master shower with mosaic glass tiles, a built-in niche, and waterfall shower head. I will definitely be using this team again and would highly recommend them!"
